Throughout the year, and especially from flowering in late April or early May until harvest in late September or early October, our family gives Finca Telereta’s pistachios all the care and attention they deserve. Pruning, treatments, irrigation and crop monitoring help us keep our trees healthy and produce a high-quality harvest.

Once harvested, our family processes every pistachio by hand: we peel, pre-dry, dry and package them using traditional methods and plenty of care, making every bag unique and special.
