All-Natural Pistachio Kernels

From our flagship product, the All-Natural Pistachios (unroasted and unsalted), come our All-Natural Pistachio Kernels, an improved version ready to be used in all kinds of recipes.

We obtain the kernel through a shelling process of our pistachios, a fully mechanical process in which, thanks to impressive machinery, we crack the pistachio shells and separate them from the kernel.

In addition, after passing through the machine, the kernels undergo a completely artisanal and manual selection process, during which we remove any shell fragments that may have remained, as well as any other imperfections we find during the selection.

Although part of this process is carried out by machines, they are not robots—and neither are we—so our product is not perfect and may contain shell fragments and unpeeled pistachios.
