We invite you to discover the unmistakable flavor of our home-grown pistachios, the tenderness of our grass-fed meats, and the tradition of our legumes. A way of eating that is more conscious, sustainable, and, above all, full of flavor.
With our pistachios, we want to promote products exactly as they come from the field, just as they are after the harvest. That is why we do not roast or salt our pistachios; instead, we offer them raw and natural. This enhances the original flavor of the pistachio and gives each of you the opportunity to consume them naturally or transform them into your own project, writing your own story with them.
With our products, we want to promote the essence of our land—the result of careful and respectful work in collaboration with our local partners. For this reason, we do not add preservatives or unnecessary additives. We offer the product in its purest state, enhancing its original flavor and giving you the chance to enjoy its essence or transform it into your own culinary project, writing your own story in the kitchen.
We are located in Parada de Rubiales, a small village in the Armuña region of Salamanca. Our 10-hectare plantation consists of nearly 4,000 pistachio trees of the Kerman (female) and Peter (male) varieties, all grafted onto UCB-1 rootstock and arranged in a 5×5 meter planting grid.
In our plantation, we apply only the strictly necessary agricultural treatments. We use no herbicides and only perform integrated treatments (fungicides, insecticides) when absolutely essential. Thanks to this, our farm is not only a great pistachio orchard but also a sanctuary for wild flora and fauna: hares, partridges, rabbits, and other animals that we see and care for throughout the year.
We work alongside our fellow local farmers and ranchers to promote our products both locally and nationally. Our goal is for anyone who wants a “little piece of our origin” to be able to get it, while we fight for fair prices and the respect our primary sector deserves. Soon, you will be able to purchase local products from our partners in our shop, because the unity of the countryside is what will help us prosper and achieve fair prices for everyone.
