The La Muñeca chickpeas are the reflection of a centuries-old tradition that has its roots in Fuentesaúco (Zamora) , a land recognized for the exceptional quality of its legumes. Cultivated in the place of La Muñeca , we have taken care of each grain from planting to harvest, following traditional methods and keeping the agricultural legacy of the area alive.

Homogeneous in size, thin skin and buttery texture, these chickpeas are ideal for preparing traditional stews, stews, salads or hummus , always providing an authentic and natural flavour.
