This document regulates the conditions for the purchase and acquisition of products through www.fincatelereta.es, owned by Gestiliaria SL, with registered office at Calle Calatrava 12, 37188 Carbajosa de la Sagrada, Salamanca.
In addition to reading these Conditions, before accessing, browsing, and/or using this website, the User must have read the Legal Notice, the Cookies Policy, and the Privacy Policy of Finca Telereta.
AVAILABILITY: All purchase orders received by Finca Telereta through the online store are subject to the availability of the items. If the items cannot be served due to lack of stock, Finca Telereta undertakes to contact the Customer and process a refund for the ordered items that cannot be shipped.
PRICES: The prices of the products in the online store are expressed in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Other taxes, fees, tariffs, surcharges, and shipping insurance are not included in the final prices of the products. Once the order is placed, the product prices will be maintained, whether they are in stock or not. All payments made to Finca Telereta lead to the issuance of an invoice in the Customer’s name, with the data provided when placing the order. Therefore, it is extremely important that you fill in all the requested fields in the form when making the purchase.
PAYMENT METHODS: The payment methods accepted by Finca Telereta are:

Credit/debit card
SHIPPING POLICY: Shipping is understood as the delivery of the purchased items to the delivery address specified by the Customer when placing the order. Finca Telereta ships throughout Europe with SEUR rates. If you wish to receive a shipment outside the Iberian Peninsula, you can check the shipping cost by emailing agripilar10@gmail.com. The shipment is prepared once payment has been verified. Once the package is delivered to the transport agency, the Customer will receive a message with the shipping tracking number. The delivery period is between 1 and 5 business days. Finca Telereta is not responsible for possible delays in delivery caused by the transport agency. Finca Telereta is not responsible when delivery cannot be made because the data provided by the Customer is false, inaccurate, or incomplete. When the Customer selects “Local pickup,” the Customer can pick up their order at the farm at the address Camino de las Carretas, 1, 37419 Parada de Rubiales, Salamanca.
RETURNS: If the Customer exercises their right of withdrawal (Article 71 of Law 3/2014 of March 27), they have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to communicate their intention and return the purchased product. The right of withdrawal cannot be applied:
If the product is not in perfect condition.
If the item’s packaging is not the original.
When the items are personalized.
If the return is due to deterioration or poor condition of the items, you must send a photograph(s) of their condition to the email address agripilar10@gmail.com.es, indicating “Order Incident X” (where X is the order number) in the subject line. Once the email is received, we will communicate whether the incident has been accepted. Once accepted, the Customer must return the merchandise within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the items. The returned items must be sent in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Shipping costs related to the return will be borne by the Customer, and they must remit the merchandise, once the return is accepted, to: Finca Telereta, Camino de las Carretas, 1, 37419 Parada de Rubiales, Salamanca. No return will be accepted without prior confirmation from Finca Telereta. The refund may be withheld until the merchandise is received. Finca Telereta will reimburse the customer the total cost of the original purchase within 14 calendar days from the day they informed of the withdrawal. This refund will be made via bank transfer to the account number provided by the customer.
