During the whole year and especially from their flowering at the end of April/beginning of May until their harvest at the end of September/beginning of October, Finca Telereta’s pistachios receive all the care and pampering of the world from our family. Pruning, treatments, irrigation and crop monitoring are some of the things we do to ensure the best health of our trees and, consequently, a high quality production. Once harvested, we select by hand and in family each and every one of the pistachios: we peel, pre-dry, dry and store everything in a traditional way and with all our love, making each bag of pistachios that reaches you unique and special. The peculiarity of this product is that we do the drying process with Salamanca holm oak wood embers, which provides a smoky aroma and taste to the pistachios like no other.
